You're invited to our Annual Middle School Spring Formal! Our most popular program for Middle School kids, this event is open to ALL 6th-8th Graders in the Boonslick Heartland area: not just Boonville students!
Saturday, March 23rd
Tickets MUST be purchased and signed for by a Parent/Guardian! Tickets must be purchased in person. We will not hold tickets.
$15 Per Student
*NOTICE*
1. Tickets & Waiver must be picked up/signed by the student’s Parent/Legal Guardian.
2. Tickets will not be sold at the door!
3. Doors will not open until 7:00 pm.
4. No backpacks will be allowed at the dance.
5. All youth MUST be picked up no later than 9:30 pm
6. No ticket refunds will be offered after 3/17/2024.
7. Parents must be available by phone the night of the dance.
