If your child has a ticket to attend the dance and you would like to purchase photos, click the Creations by Diana button to print the order form. Forms will be available at the dance as well. Pictures should be paid for at the dance. Pictures are purchased through 'Creations by Diana', not the YMCA.

You're invited to our Annual Middle School Spring Formal! Our most popular program for Middle School kids, this event is open to ALL 6th-8th Graders in the Boonslick Heartland area: not just Boonville students!
Scheduling
March 25, 2023. The dance will run 7-9:30 PM
Tickets
Tickets MUST be purchased and signed for by a Parent/Guardian! Tickets must be purchased in person.
$15 Per Student
*NOTICE*
1. Tickets & Waiver must be picked up/signed by the student’s Parent/Legal Guardian.
2. Tickets will not be sold at the door!
3. Doors will not open until 7:00 pm.
4. No backpacks will be allowed at the dance.
5. All youth MUST be picked up no later than 9:30 pm
6. No ticket refunds will be offered after 3/19/2023.
7. Parents must be available by phone the night of the dance.
