24 Hour Fitness Facility

At BHYMCA we offer our members, 18 and older, the opportunity to upgrade their membership to 24/7 access. This upgrade allows you to visit the cardio and free weight areas of our Y at a time that fits your schedule.  Please read carefully through the rules prior to upgrading your membership.  Our Zero Tolerance Policy and safety rules are in place to ensure everyone has an enjoyable and safe experience. Zero Tolerance Policy

With the addition of 24-Hour access, the Boonslick Heartland YMCA is adopting a Zero Tolerance Policy. If you are caught not abiding by the following YMCA Policies, your membership privileges will be revoked and no refunds will be given. These policies are in place for everyone’s safety and enjoyment of the Boonslick Heartland YMCA at all hours of the day. ​

Usage

As a member with 24-Hour access, you may use the Boonslick Heartland YMCA at any time. After YMCA Staff members leave in the evening, you must use your assigned door fob.  If visiting during staffed hours, please scan your key card at the welcome desk.   

Available Areas

After the YMCA staff leave the building, only certain rooms will be available to use. These include the Cardio, Free Weights, and Aerobics Rooms as well as the Game Room & room adjacent with a telephone and restroom.

Safety and Security

The YMCA has installed a 24-Hour video recording system for security purposes. It will be reviewed on a daily basis to address any security concerns and monitor who is entering the building. Please use caution when entering and leaving the building. Telephones are in place in the Game Room, in the room adjacent with the restroom, in the Aerobics’ room and at the Welcome Desk. 

Age Requirements

24-Hour access will only be granted to those 18 years of age and older. Members violating this policy will lose membership privileges and no refunds will be given. 

Key Fobs

Everyone wanting 24-Hour access will be required to have their own Key Fob for entry into the YMCA during non-business hours. Not only are all members required to scan their individual Key Fob upon entrance, but you will also be required to sign in at the Welcome Desk.

Monthly Fee for 24-Hour Access

Why the extra fee? With the facility running 24/7, it will help cover operating expenses as well as the installation of the access software and security cameras. ​To access the Excel Fitness Center you must have the 24/7 upgrade assigned to you.
