In May 2023, the Boonslick Heartland YMCA welcomed the members and staff of the former Excel Fitness Center by purchasing the facility located at 1420 W Ashley in Boonville.  Due to this facility being a 24/7 addition, the BHYMCA Excel Center may only be used by BHYMCA members who have opted for 24/7 access.  These members must be at least 18 years of age and may only enter the facility using the fob assigned to them.
These policies are in place for the safety of our members who visit as many hours the facility is not staffed.  All 24/7 access members must sign a waiver explaining they enter and use the facility at their own risk and if lifting, we recommend always having another member spot you. 
What will you find at the BHYMCA Excel Center?
The Excel Center offeres several pieces of cardio equipment, including treadmills and ellipticals, while also offer a variety of selectorize equipment to complete a full body workout.  The facility does include squat racks and free weights along with a many equipment accessories so you may change up your workout as needed.

How to get access to the BHYMCA Excel Center
To include the Excel Center in your BHYMCA membership, you must pay for the 24/7 access upgrade with your membership.  If you are seeking a family membership but a few family members are under the age of 18, the adults may use the Excel Center and of course, the main 3rd Street location, while youth should only visit our main location during staffed hours. 
To make any changes to your current membership or to join and access Excel, please stop by our main location at 757 3rd Street and speak with our welcome desk staff.
