Morning Classes
Yoga
Gentle flow yoga with a focus on breath, balance, stretching, and creating a peaceful state of mind. This class is perfect for beginners and experience people alike! The Y will provide yoga blocks, mats and straps for use. Join Carla and let her know if this is your first Yoga experience.

Low Impact Aerobics- Strong, Sweaty and Still Smiling
Great for beginners and experienced fitness buffs alike. As the name suggests, Terri's class is a low impact but full of great moves to tone, condition and more. What a great way to get fit in the mornings, schedule some time with friends and feel energized for the rest of your day.

Water Aerobics
The Boonslick Heartland YMCA offers several waters aerobics classes free of charge to members.

Active Older Adults
Geared towards older individuals, our A.O.A. class is a very low-impact land fitness class designed to get folks involved in some weight-bearing exercise to help improve general health. What else will you find it this class? Laughs, friendship and a great time.

Evening and Weekend Classes
Body Rock!
Strength, tone and define your entire body with Angie. In this class we keep the body guessing to see results. This class includes a barbell workout with a little cardio and drum fitness thrown in for fun.

Dance2Fit
Have fun with Dakota, Audrey and even Sheryl as they lead you through a Dance2Fit workout! Nothing gives you the same endorphins as moving to some great tunes. No dance experience needed-we all move differently and if you get lost create your own solo move-just keep moving.

Toning Time
Kris' 30 minute class will offer you an opportunity to work on your overall toning through use of multiple equipment options. We all can afford 30 minutes of self-care!

Spin Magic
Selena and Nikki keep it fun in this fast paced and free styling calorie burning cycling class. Let the instructors assist you in setting your bike up for a ride.

Beginner Kickboxing/Kickboxing
Kick up your Saturdays! Join Sheryl for this kickboxing class that will give you the basics of kickboxing. This is not combat style kickboxing but it is a cardio workout to burn off some energy. All fitness levels will experience a great workout. At 9:30 Sheryl will pick the pace up. Feel free to stay for both classes.
