Great for beginners and experienced fitness buffs alike. As its name suggests, it is a low impact land-based fitness class and is a great way to get fit in the mornings.

Active Older Adults
Geared towards older individuals, our A.O.A. class is a very low-impact land fitness class designed to get folks involved in some weight-bearing exercise to help improve general health.
