Wellness is much more than physical wellness. It also includes emotional wellness, spiritual wellness, and mental wellness.
At the BHYMCA we offer many opportunities to seek wellness. From personal trainers and exercise programs to the socialization that you find at the Y, we are here to support your overall wellness. Throughout the year we will hold wellness challenges where we try not to focus just on physical wellness, even though it is important in our day-to-day living. Check back frequently and visit with our staff about ways the Y can support you with your wellness journey.
