Physical fitness is an important part of Healthy Living. That's why the Boonslick Heartland YMCA offers several fitness classes, both paid and complimentary, to help folks get fit and live healthy.
Below is scheduling and details for all of our fitness classes that are provided free of charge to members.
Non-Member participation simply requires purchase of a Guest Pass.
Active Older Adults
Geared towards older individuals, our new A.O.A. class is a very low-impact land fitness class designed to get folks involved in some weight-bearing exercise to help improve general health.
Class meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10:15 - 11:00 am.
Strength & Cardio
Great for beginners and experienced fitness buffs alike. Strength & Cardio is a low impact land-based fitness class, and is a great way to get your fit on in the mornings.
Monday and Wednesday mornings from 8:30 - 9:30 am.
Move Your Muscles!
Science tells us that muscle is alive and burns calories, so the more muscles you have and the more you move them, the better! Taught by Physical Therapist Melissa Slatinsky.
This class is currently on Hold. Look for its return next January!
A fitness class fusing the benefits of both Pilates and Yoga! Now at the Boonslick Heartland YMCA on Friday mornings from 8:30 - 9:30 am.
The Boonslick Heartland YMCA offers several waters aerobics classes free of charge to members.

Class Pass Classes
We know it can be hard to pick and choose which fitness classes to attend, but luckily, you don't have to! The BHYMCA offers all of our paid participation fitness classes to Members for just $15 a month!
Non-Member participation in our Class Pass Classes requires purchase of a Daily Class Pass, priced at $6.*
*The Daily Non-Member Class Pass must be purchased in conjunction with a Daily Guest Fee*
Join us for our newest aerobics class! Sculpt your body and enjoy your workout with weights and music.
Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 - 6:00 pm.
Formerly known as Y-HIIT, our Fitness Revolution class is a great way to step up your fitness game!
Need some flexibility in your schedule? Fitness Revolution has both morning and evening classes.
A dance-fitness fusion class built around the style of hip hop. Work your body and have fun doing it!
Classes are Mondays from 5:00 - 6:00 pm, Tuesdays from 7:00 - 8:00 pm, and Sundays from 3:00 - 4:00 pm.
Still in action and better than ever, our Spin class is going strong and has thrown Pilates into the mix! Join us every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning for a different fitness extravaganza each day!
