HALF MARATHON-5K-One Mile Fun Run
When:  Saturday, April 19th at 8:00am
Where:  Katy Trailhead, Boonville - 320 1st Street
What:
Start your day with a run on the Katy Trail! Choose from a half-marathon, 5K or One Mile Fun Run/Walk.  This year the race is not timed, however we will have timing clock at the finish line. 
This annual event helps raise fund for 2 scholastic scholarships offered by the Boonslick Heartland YMCA
Runners of all ages are encouraged to sign up!

About the scholarship:
If you are a high school senior interested in applying for the scholarship, please contact the counselor at the Boonville High School and/or our race director, Kathleen.  Kathleen may be reached at [email protected].  To compete for the scholarship, you must register and complete either the half-marathon or 5K.  Scholarship amount is based on the which race you run.
Half-Marathon- $500 scholarship
5K- $250 scholarship

* Please no dogs on the race course.

Turkey Trot 2025- EAT MORE BEEF
​8K, 5K and one mile Fun Run/Walk

Start your Thanksgiving morning off by attending this community event!  Run or walk, participate with friends or register the family, this walk will energize you for preparing that holiday meal and burn a few calories so you can enjoy an extra piece of pie.

Because this year is a fun run everyone gets a medal!  There will be no timing at this event.
