Focus on exercise, nutritional and water intake goals during this one month challenge-Feb 2025. Over the course of 4 weeks, there will also be a goals on whole health which include emotional health and brain stimulation activities. Participants will be given a log to record exercise, water, and nutrition. The staff leads for this program will send out emails and educational information. Each week the participants will have the opportunity to meet to cover a topic, play a game, and to talk through roadblocks to living your healthiest life. The time the group meets will be based on the most popular choice selected during registration. Have fun, stay focused, and be inspired by the other participants. Finishers will receive a Program T-shirt. But there is more! We will have prizes for several categories including: Most Y check-ins, Weight Loss, Most steps/Miles, Water Intake Goals, Brain Challenges, Nutrition, and Sleep. Our top prize will be 3 months of free Y membership!
