St. Pat's Stroll (5k/10k)
Our annual St. Patrick's Day run/walk, the St. Pat's Stroll is one of our most popular races for both beginners and veterans, and is a great way to start off the year and show off your green in style!
Details and scheduling for the 2018 St. Pat's Stroll will be announced during our 2017-18 Winter & Spring Season.

The Firecracker 5k is our annual Fourth of July 5k, and is one of the staple runs that we host each year. The weather isn't the only thing hot about this race though. Drawing out some of our more experienced runners, the Firecracker 5k can really heat up, and is a great way to test your mettle!
The 2017 Firecracker 5k will be held June 30th. The race will begin at 7:00 PM.
BoMoTri Sprint Triathlon
Boonville's original local triathlon, the Boonville Missouri Triathlon, or BoMoTri for short, is a sprint triathlon.
Hosted annually by the Boonslick Heartland YMCA, in conjunction with the City of Boonville, the BoMoTri consists of a 400 meter pool swim, a 15 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile run, and is for anyone age 12 and up.
Sunday, August 13th. Event starts at 8:00 AM.
Join us at the Boonslick Heartland YMCA for a fun, furry race with our Dog Jog! Leashes required.
Scheduling for the 2017 Dog Jog will be announced at a later date.
Turkey Trot 5k
Our final run of every year, the Turkey Trot 5k is one of our biggest and best. A great way to burn off some pre-meal calories, the Turkey Trot is ideal for beginners and veterans alike. Whether you walk it or run it, there's no better way to wrap up a year of running!
Scheduling for the 2017 Turkey Trot will be announced towards the beginning of our 2017 Fall Season.

In addition to our runs, we offer several training groups for beginning and veteran
runners alike who need some help and tips to get started and improve their edge.
Below is some information on each of our run training programs.
Our first training group of the year, the Half-Marathon Training group is a 12-week run training program designed to help prepare both new and experienced runners for the annual Do or Die Half-Marathon.
The training group runs from January through March.
This year, our annual Half-Marathon Training group is bundled together with our New Year's Fitness Challenge!
We also cooperate with various organizations from time to time to help promote and organize other runs and events that aren't officially hosted by us. Whenever we have information on an upcoming event, we'll post it below.
